Registration
Every accepted article should be registered by at least one author to appear in the proceedings. The acceptance list of articles will be announced in website and the authors will be intimated regarding the acceptance through e-mail. The details about events and dates of registration are given below:

Registration includes ALL the following events to be completed by author aforementioned deadline
a. Preparing and Uploading of the Camera Ready Article:
The final camera-ready copy of the papers must be in Springer LNCS format with a length of maximum 12 pages. Over-length charges will apply for each extra page beyond 10 pages. However, it is desired that maximum number of pages in an article should not exceed 12 pages in any circumstance. Check Author Guidelines for formatting the camera ready article. Upload camera-ready PDF on to the Easychair, and submit source file(s) along with items mentioned in section e as .zip or .rar file.
b. Paying Registration Fee:
Calculate the registration fee according to your page length and type of authorship as directed in REGISTRATION page and make payment using Foreign Telegraphic Transfer or Direct Transfer or NEFT Transfer or Wire transfer (preferable) or demand draft. Do not forget to keep the pay-in-slip or Challan or online payment receipt. You need the scanned copy of it or scan of the DD to complete next steps.
c. Filling up of the Registration Form, which can be found in MS WORD format [here] or in PDF format [here]
d. Filling up of the Consent to Publish Form, which can be found in publisher's web page http://www.springer.com/series/11156 or can directly be downloaded from here [ Volume - I, Volume - II ]

We have filled up these information in a Consent to Publish form and left the rest blank for your ease. So you can download the partially filled form and just fill the rest to complete the form.]
e. Mailing the following items in .zip / .rar format to panigrahicr@gmail.com
- The Camera ready Article source files, preferably in MS Word format
- Scanned copy of filled in Registration Form
- Scanned copy of filled in Consent to Publish Form
- Proof of studentship (valid on 20-JULY-2017) for availing Student Registration (if applicable) signed by head of the department/course.
- Scan of registration fee pay-in-slip/voucher of online transfer/DD payable to ICACIE (whichever applicable).
The mail must bear the subject line as: “Registration of article ICACIE2017-XXX”. (A SINGLE MAIL must bear all items below. If size exceeds 20 MB, break the mail into more than one. Append to subject line of the mails: Part 1, Part 2 etc. Multiple mails without size limitation will not be considered.)
f. Submit the original DD (write your paper ID in the back side of the DD) with filled in registration form in person or by post so as to reach the following address:

By above mentioned registration deadlines. YOU NEED NOT POST ANYTHING IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT USING DEMAND DRAFT. ICACIE will not be responsible for any postal delay or failure in receiving the documents by the deadlines

Author Registration:
To ensure publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fee within deadline as indicated below.

Normal registration fee covers publication charges and lunch. The over-length charges beyond 10 pages (in LNCS format) will be added to the Normal registration fees to calculate the actual registration fee to be paid by the authors. The over-length charge is Rs. 800 (for Indian authors) or $15 (for foreign authors) per extra page for a maximum of two extra pages

Listeners can register to attend the conference through registering on or before 20th November 2017 12:00 hrs IST. Listener registration includes the following events to be completed by author within aforementioned deadline.

Note : Registration fee through Wire Transfer is preferred as ICACIE will not be held responsible for postal delay or loss of DD. We suggest authors to write Article ID in back side of the DD, and to retain postal reference number for tracking post containing DD.
Cancellation of Registration
If any author/listener wants to cancel his or her registration, he must write a mail to panigrahicr@gmail.com and cc to icacie2017@gmail.com on or before 20-Sep-2017 with a subject “Cancellation of Registration – ICACIE XXX”. A processing fee of INR 2500 will be deducted from the paid registration fee and rest amount will be returned to the author / listener on 20-OCT-2017
No request of authorship cancellation can be made after 20-Sep-2017.
