Biography: Joy Lal Sarkar received his M.Tech degree from BPUT, Odisha. Currently he is working as a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Tripura University (A Central University), Suryamaninagar, India. His research interests include Data Mining, mobile cloud computing, Recommendation Systems, and cyber-physical applications. He has published several scholarly research papers in international journals and conferences. He is the Organizing Member of International Conference on Advanced Computing and Intelligent Engineering (ICACIE 2019). He was awarded the best reviewer by the Digital Communication Network, Elsevier. He has published more than 35 research articles.He was awarded the best paper award by the several renowned conferences. He serves as a reviewer of many IEEE/Elsevier journals.
